I can resonate with this. I grew up in a small town in WV and have moved many times. I feel I’m always changing and transforming through life of what God wants for me. If that’s not happening then I’m not living.

Hi Laura. I would t be the same person today without all those moves in my childhood. And I’ve traveled a lot with my work as an adult. So I love now being home. It’s a good place for an introvert! I’m grateful our God is never changing. !

It's funny, I've been reminded of God's immutability on a few occasions recently.

I, too, value stability and security and believe He created us for dependency on Him.

I'm thankful that He unsettles me when I drift from His presence. 😊

Consistency is important! I'm so blessed to have lived in the same town/house all my years growing up. I've lived in the same city for many years now. I'm not one who likes change. :)
