I prefer to interact face to face and connect one on one or in a small group. Small talk frustrates me and I'd rather go deep even at a first meeting. My favorite places to connect are random and usually start with me asking how their day is going. This could be a grocery store, doctors office or an elevator. I find most people want to share and I'm a decent listener:)
My favorite place to interact with people is at church and at Granny's and at my cousin, Dawn's. At Dawn's place, there are a number of cousins and my aunt close by. So they come over and we play games! š And I love interacting with family and extended family at Granny's. Love visiting, laughing, and games when we do play them. But, those are easier places to interact with people. Church is great, but I really need to find a closer womens bible study group. Well, okay, I found one. Its every other Sunday night about 15 miles from our house. But I don't know anybody. So... I am working up the courage. I'll get there. I am *oober* introverted. ..And horrible in new situations. But, its gonna happen!!! I'm working up to it. I do know it is really important to interact with other Christian women. š
My favorite place to interact with people is as a nurse. It is a blessing to be able to help in someone's time of need or in a time of wellness and prevention. We are all called to use what talents and skills give us. God Bless you DeAnna as you use your talents in this blog that blesses us. Keep up the good work. š šāØļøšā„ļø
Iām not very good at small talk either. Totally agree that people will talk if you will listen! Thanks for sharing! Love your good words.
